La Chinata extra virgin olive oil is made from olives of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety. This is the native olive variety of the Sierra de Gata region in the northwest of the province of Cáceres. The olive oil has an intense yellow color, a soft, sweet, and fruity flavor with a pleasant, slightly sharp edge, and virtually no bitterness. Yet, this olive oil is rich in polyphenols. When you taste La Cinata, you taste Spain. This olive oil is excellent for tapas, paella, and all kinds of salads. It is also delicious for baking, stir-frying, and frying.

La Chinata extra virgin olive oil is characterized by:
