This pure oil is slightly fruity, buttery and soft in taste, with a hint of almonds. This is the perfect olive oil for those who like olive oil that does its work subtly, but should not be too present.
Everything tastes better with this olive oil: salads, soups, vegetables, meat, fish, potatoes, pasta. You can use this oil both cold and warm. You can use this olive oil for baking, roasting and frying. This extra virgin olive oil can be safely heated to 200C for a maximum of 24 hours (also for example 6x4 hours).
In our taste tests, this olive oil came out as good for salads and other cold applications and excellent for baking and frying.
