Anyone who exercises a lot also suffers from muscle and joint pain. These are inflammations. You can take painkillers and anti-inflammatories (such as ibuprofen) for this. But nature also produces an excellent anti-inflammatory. This is oleocanthal. This substance only occurs in products from olive trees. The easiest (and tastiest) way to take oleocanthal is olive oil rich in oleocanthal.
Not all olive oil contains oleocanthal. Only extra virgin olive oil contains oleocanthal. The extra virgin olive oil made from unripe olives (the so-called "Early Harvest") contains much more oleocanthal than regular extra virgin olive oil.
Regular extra virgin contains between 50 and 150 mg of oleocanthal per liter. Early Harvest oils amount to 300-500 mg per liter. We supply an Early Harvest that is optimized for oleocanthal. Our EH1200 even contains more than 1000 mg oleocanthal per liter.
