Won't I get fat from daily 20-40 ml of olive oil? No - on the contrary. The high-quality, unsaturated fats are used by the body as building blocks and fuel, not as fat storage. This hormone sends a powerful satiety signal to your brain, reducing your urge to snack throughout the day.
